I went into your new Albany store at approx 1.30pm today. It wasnt busy but there was no one serving at the counter. There was an (indian? ) employee going backwards and forwards to the other till from where I was standing so I assumed he was already serving 'someone'. He finally acknowleged me and asked me if I was waiting for my order. I told me I was waiting to be served first for someone to take my order. He proceeded to get another employee to serve me. I do not know her name but she was quite a large girl with glasses. She wasnt happy as it looked as though I had 'interupted her', dragging her feet as she approached me. No acknowledgement, smile or apology that I was kept waiting. She only spoke when she asked me if I wanted my receipt. She then went to pack potato and gravy into the little tubs, which I assume she was doing beforehand. About 4 customers were served through the drive thru while I was waiting for my order, which was given to me by a very pleasant girl named 'Lily'.
My point is, if staff dont want to be there dont let them. Customer service is a requirement where you greet the customers and make them feel welcome, not that they are intruding!! I will not be going back to that store again. Sort your staff 's attitude out.
