Fleas infesting the carpet and illegal charges

After letting us a property with fleas infesting the carpet and a broken sink that stayed broken for 12 months despite repeated requests to have it fixed, they tried to charge us for a variety of lies at the end of our lease. If you haven't yet rented with them, don't. If you are already renting with them, know your rights, document everything, and challenge them when they try to charge you illegal administration fees.
