POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I ordered one pair of pants from this store for the first time. I never got a order# or even an email to acknowledge my order. They were quick to charge me for the merchandise however, and they took the money out of my account promptly. When I tried to contact them to ask about why I did not have a order number, and when could I please expect to get my order, I found that their cust svc number was not a good number. I could only send a short message over their website. They asked me to send a copy of my Drivers license to them and a copy of my credit card. But they had already charged my account. I was not given an explanation for this, and did not feel comfortable sending this information to them. So I contacted them again and let them know I would not send my personal DL number and photo of my credit card over the internet. I am a frequent online shopper, and have even ordered things all the way from China, and never got a request to send personal identifying documents over the internet. Well, I never got a response from them after I told them I would not do that. So, I contacted them again through their website, and still no word. I looked today and they had CANCELLED my order without even notifying me they had done so. I have gotten better customer service at a Flea Market. I will never deal with them again, and they should be reported to the Better Business Bureau in my opinion.
