Service (Lack of product)
My family and I arrived at the South Mall KFC branch at 2148hrs. After waiting in the drive thru 7-10 minutes we approached the service speaker and decided to order 1 big sharing bucket for $45. When asked to choose our sides I replied "3 fries, 1 Potatoe and Gravy and a Coleslaw". The staff member replied by telling me that they were out of coleslaw. I then said "o.k I'll have another Potatoe and Gravy". She replies "yup, that's fine! " When we finally got to the service window...I paid for our order via Eftpos. Staff member "Glenys Marker" firstly handed over the bucket and fries. Now waiting on the 2 large Potatoe and Gravy...Glenys hands over a bag saying "we're out of large potatoe and gravys and replaced them with 6 small ones instead". I find this appalling...not only were they out of stock, we were not warned or informed yet she made a call without asking me. This is unacceptable especially when staff member Glenys Marker made a decision on how I was to spend my money and have no other choice but to accept what was in the bag instead of what was advertised.
