Very poor service
I've just had one of my lifetimes worst experience of very poor customer care......in fact they don't care. A two day installation ended up being done in many stages as and when it suited them leaving us disrupted and annoyed. A job that started mid July finally finished 12th August. No I don't live in a mansion it was just lounge stairs and two hall ways. Also had property damaged . Owner of Harrisons Nelson denied any damage and wasn't bothered at all about the time it took. He got very defensive and did not offer any compensation or recompense. Additional to this they had claimed with Q card the full payment and said it was complete one 5 weeks before job started. Of course this was explained as an admin error....yeah right. The fitters were pleasant guys but buyers be cautious .
