Food missing from drive through takeaway
Hi...I went to Cnr Riccarton Rd & Picton Ave Christchurch drive through to order takeaway on Tuesday 27th Sept 2016. When i came back home, i realize that i was missing 3 hotrod. So i called back and they told me to come back on Wednesday 28th Sept 2016. I live relatively far away from this branch. So its not possible for me to drive all the way from one end to the city to the other end just for 3 hotrods. So i decided to call today 2nd Oct 2016 and make sure i can get my 3 hotrod. When i called them and explained the issue. They told me that wasn't' able to give me back my 3 hotrod, and when i asked them why, they then said the phone was faulty and they couldn't hear me and asked me to call a cellphone number. It cost me to call a cellphone number as well. Basically i just need an explanation why i cant get my 3 hotrod back. If not i want my money back. This kind of customer service is not acceptable.
