Hi, I visited KFC Amohia Street Rotorua 2 nights ago through drive through. When my family and I got home to enjoy our meal, the chicken was a horrible dry yellow (assuming the oil it is cooked in was long over due for a oil change, the coleslaw was absolutely horrible then i noticed the expiry of it was only the following day, the chips were'nt seasoned at all even after requesting for extra seasoning. I had contacted the store immediately and raised my complaint with the duty manager he gave me an option of returning when it suited me for a free meal again which was fine. Yesterday, my children woke with bell problems and upset tummys, which my partner also had yesterday which was caused from the KFC. So I Have contacted the store again today and spoken with the General manager, the service I received over the phone from him was appauling and dissapointing. It isin't the first time this has happend either and I can probably guess I wouldn't be the first person to complain about the customer service. I would highly reccommend training service to be done through out new zealand for the general managers especially to help the service nation wide better itself within the KFC branches.
