Poor customer service and communication
Tonight did it for me .. first couple of times I let it slip, but tonight, I've been push to the edge that i thought of driving my car into the KFC store and run down all the staff members in there, but i didn't.. i was at the drive through (long queue), when i got up to the speaker, i had to sit there for another 10-15mins waiting for someone to say something on the speaker (then i thought that they're having technical issues with the speaker as there was no queue in front of me and all cars before mine where already served) so i then drove straight to the first window to place my order and make payment. I got to the window and the girl there asked me to confirm my order and i told her that i didn't order at the speaker as i was waiting there for a long time but no one said anything over the speaker to take my order so i came straight through.. she then went and spoke with someone else, she came back and then went back and got another girl to the window and then the second girl asked the same question and i gave the same answer.. she then left and came back with the shift supervisor and she said i had to go around again and place my order through the speaker .. at that time i was Furious .. i told her what happened and she still told me that i had to go back around and i refused to so she said she was gonna call the police and i told her to go right ahead and call the police .. i parked up my car at that same spot and waited but no one came back .. i had my kids at the back of my car and had to get them home .. i got sick again of waiting and left .. i fucken hate KFC even more then before now .. Fix your staff or i will fix them for you one day .. Train them properly on basic customer service cause they don't obviously know what the basics is .. CUSTOMER'S ARE ALWAYD RIGHT .. that's rule number #1 ..
