Bad customer service

1st april 2017 at kfc papatoetoe - waited for 20mins for my order and when the staff realised i was still waiting, the worker who served me laughed and asked another worker to make up my order. Complaint #1 - there was no apology for the long wait, #2 - we were not informed there was a wait (for chicken), #3 - unprofessional staff conduct. There was alot of other irrate & impatient customers & wrong orders that i observed during my wait ie: someone from drive-thru waited 40mins and came to the counter & another customer wiped their own table clean. Extremely disappointing kfc!!
