Whenever I buy something of value, I always tend to review the companies / products that I am looking at. Just recently I was looking at getting insulation and a home ventilation system. From reviews, Sayr was my first choice and despite the poor reviews and my better judgement I got HRV around.

Well reviews are not wrong! The difference between Sayr and HRV was like day and night. I called Sayr and the girl on the phone was very helpful and Mark the sales rep was on time, professional and was incredibly informative and enthusiastic. He looked at all aspects of my house and gave me advice on all sorts of things around my home (Many unrelated but very interesting and helpful) John from HRv was however; late, didn't apologize, and was quite rude and incredibly pushy - bad mouthing the other companies and basically didn't really look at the house. (And they couldn't do the insulation)

Price wise very similar - But with better warranties and a amazing people Sayr wins hands down...looking forward to my insulation and home ventilation system.
