I took my grandmothers rose gold belcher neclase with antique yellow and white gold st Christopher pendant in to get a jump ring repaired. One week later I collected my jewelry and put it on. Within 12 hours my guy had turned .... the neclase and pendant I had collected was 100% my neclase and st chistofer.
I complained to the staff but of course they denied it. What can I do? I've been wearing that necklace for 8 years solid. I never take it off. I feel so angry that this could be done .
