Bus 555 from smales famr at 7.34am 4 July
Driver Driver annoyed and taking it out on me
I was advised by AT Customer service to validate my card using a bus tag and come back when done. I kindly asked the driver of 555 from Smales farm who was obviously already annoyed. She first said "she doesn't do that". I explained to her exactly what the customer service person had said and she responded " go on then". The moment I jumped on the bus to tag she closed her doors and drove me at least 4 km. She continues to mumble insulting me all the way much to me disbelief and shock of what just happened. I can understand that maybe my tag was going to take less than a minutes of her time. She could have especially just say no and that would have been enough for me. Such people shouldn't be allowed to deal with the public. I feel deeply insulted and to be honest still really shocked. I was late for at least an hour just from her actions.
